Service Professionals, Jonathan Varges did a fantastic job putting in a brand new electric heater and air conditioner that fits the size of our home. Also put in new ducting under the house insulation new vents and filters. Everything was in and done in one weekend. They did a great job very professional cleaned up after themselves and best of all the pricing was very reasonable. We need to do an anual AC tune-up and called Jonathan. He was very responsive and professional as the comapny named. After checking out our system, he suggested that the unit could get some benefit to install a compressor saver to extend the life and hopefully working through the coming summer. We just moved into a new place and found the A/C unit to be completely busted. I reached out to a few folks and Jonathan with Service Professionals Heating & AC was able to come out the same day, working me into his schedule and not leaving until the A/C was back up and running (he stayed well past dark). 

He clearly outlined the issues he discovered and walked me through a breakdown of all the repair costs before proceeding with the fix. Should we run into any more HVAC issues or want to upgrade our (ancient) system, I'll be going to Jonathan first.

I'm really happy and satisfied with the work that Jonathan and Service Professionals and Air Conditioning provided me this past Friday. From start to finish, the customer service experience was great. Jonathan was professional, responsive, and very good at communicating with me throughout the process. I called last week (mid-heat wave) to have my AC fixed. I had to leave messages at all other locations and those that called me back each had a 2-3 week minimum wait time just for the diagnostic visit. When I called Service Professionals, Jonathan picked up the phone and scheduled me for the very next day. Additionally, his quote for the diagnostic visit was cheaper than any other quote I received.  The next morning, I received text messages letting me know when he would be arriving. Jonathan was on time, professional, and very pleasant. Although it was an easy fix, Jonathan was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He even explained to me what was going on and issues to look for in the future to avoid needing the service.  He was very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. We received three bids and Service Professional was the most competitive and Johnathan was very responsive. We needed an annual service on AC/Heater and Johnathan was able to see us ASAP and worked with our schedule. He walked us through everything that he was going to do and at the end walked us through all the outputs from his review/test.  We've worked with other HVAC services and their yearly maintenance lasted no more than 20 minutes and we never knew what was done because they'd be in such a rush to get in and out. True to the name Jonathan was a true professional, we upgraded our furnace to a new high efficiency heat pump and could not be happier with the service.  We sought multiple quotes and with Jonathan never did we feel like we were being upsold.  Jonathan and his team clearly communicated the install process and everything was smooth. We couldn't be happier with our Lennox system!
